After acquisition of a real estate in Bulgaria the seller shall have to pay an annual real estate tax. The rate of the tax is 0,15%. The tax is calculated on the tax evaluation of the real estate.
Waste Disposal Charge
The owner of a real estate shall also pay a waste disposal charge due to local municipality. The charge is determined by the local municipality.
