Corporate & Social Responsibility

Corporate Responsibility

Our corporate philosophy is centered upon the belief that each individual is primed for growth and is endowed with self-actualizing tendencies. For us “growth” is the movement of the individual in the direction of self-esteem, flexibility, respect for self and others.

We create an atmosphere in which people discover within themselves their own capacity to use that atmosphere for growth, change and personal development. We nurture growth by being genuine (i.e. by being open with feelings, transparent and self-disclosing), by being accepting (i.e. by having unconditional positive regard) and by being empathic (i.e. by sharing and mirroring feelings and reflecting our meanings).

Social Responsibility

We care for our community. Our firm’s policy is to make charitable contributions and to provide pro bono legal work to non-profit and charitable organizations.

2012

We made a donation to the Municipal Library in the town of Samokov to finance the purchase of books and to support the efforts of the librarians to exercise their unique profession.
