At the beginning of 2010 the German company ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik GmbH, part of ThyssenKrupp AG and leader in design, construction and assembly and all other services related to machines, plants and systems for open pit mines, stockyards, port terminals, power plants and quarries, decided to set-up a Bulgarian subsidiary company. Together with its Bulgarian subsidiary the company has been contracted to design, engineer, deliver and supervise the installation of a cyclic-flow conveyor system for the open pit mine of Assarel Medet AD in Panagyurishte.
Delchev & Partners acted as advisor to ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik GmbH throughout the entire process of negotiations with the client and was entrusted with the incorporation and all related registrations of its Bulgarian subsidiary company. Delchev & Partners continues to provide an on-going support to the company in all tax and legal matters which occur in the course of its activities in Bulgaria, including provision of legal and tax advice, VAT compliance, support in tax audits and representation before the Bulgarian state authorities.
