ACT COMPLEMENTING THE BULGARIAN COMMERCE ACT
(IN FORCE AS OF 20 OCTOBER 2009)
Changes to the Bulgarian Commerce Act were promulgated in State Gazette No. 82/16.10.2009. The changes come into force on 20 October 2009.
Minimum Share Capital and Minimum Share Value of Bulgarian Limited Liability Company (OOD)
The minimum share capital of an OOD Company is reduced from BGN 5 000 to BGN 2.
The minimum value of a share in an OOD Company is reduced from BGN 10 to BGN 1.
