Delchev & Partners represented Technomarket Bulgaria AD, the largest retailer and wholesaler of electronics in Bulgaria, in a complex labour case for seeking of financial compensation from one of the company’s store managers for damages caused intentionally or as a result of negligence during or in connection with the performance of his employment obligations. The damages caused represent missing electronics in a total value of over EUR 125 000. The case lasted for more than 4 years within all the three court instance. While the first and the second court instances’ decision was favaourable for the employee, the third and final instance – the Bulgarian Supreme Court, resolved the case entirely in favour of our client.
